Ghanaians perceive the police, political parties and the judiciary as corrupt – but they do not regard so-called ‘facilitation fees’ as a form of corruption.
Ghanaians are looking for a government to improve their lives. The incoming government has the goodwill of the people because the people need them to succeed.
Until we understand that we are all participants in this democracy, we are going nowhere.
